Misty in the service department has great customer service and was really helpful.
Lem was great but your whole system needs a redo. First of all, it shouldn’t take a month to even get an appt. It shouldn’t take a week to get a part but then to be told the part wasn’t ordered and it would be several more days to get the part and get the car in to replace one part. All in all it took over a month and a half and 4 trips to your dealership to get my car fixed. This is exactly what happened 2 years ago when I didn’t have my car from January thru March of 2019. Absolutely ridiculous

I brought the vehicle in for a safety inspection which it shouldn’t have passed- tail light above rear hatch does not work and front passenger side blinker does not work. I also asked that my rear passenger window get looked at because it it locked in the down position and no one looked at it at all. So I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere in the future for any service.

The engine light still comes on and says the vehicle needs to be inspected. The chip to fix this was supposedly installed. Did not fix the problem.
I complained about getting poor gas mileage I was told they were no indicator lights showed me engine trouble maybe I was setting the trip indicator incorrectly. That is nonsense what I’m saying very simply is I’m getting 16 Miles per gallon when I should be getting 24 city. I was told to make another appointment to leave the car so they could check with Subaru and find out what to do I’m not a car expert but it seems there is something wrong with the way the motor works if I’m getting such poor gas mileage

You still have the switches for my Tucson. I never heard back Friday n anyone You were to fix my windows, but it took six hours, which still did not get fixed.
