Although I was unhappy with the high prices of the parts required to fix my window, and I feel the diagnosis fee was also very high. Im 100 percent satisfied with the outcome of the repair. Givin the circumstances of my cars situation yesterday, and the fact that all the windows were malfunctioning. I feel like Hyundai went out of their way to help me fix the problem. And I will be forever grateful for their ability to help me. No one likes to pay for super expensive repairs, especially when someone just purchased their vehicle. I am happy that they were able to help me.
Great service! Only thing I disliked was the cleaner you folks used to disinfect. While I appreciate your caution and disinfection measures due to covid, the cleaner you folks use has a very strong odor and also leaves a hazy residue on my interior tint. Hopefully it’s tint safe!

I would some day like to see a dedicated complete service center for Mazda vehicles here in Hilo. I appreciate the present services I get here but it doesn’t make sense that the nearest Mazda dealership is on Maui or where I purchased my vehicle on Oahu.
