Was told 1hr30 min for oil change. It was 2hr15min.
Has miscommunication on shuttle available. Len apologized which was appreciated.
No info on when next oil change is due millage wise. I would think it is in another 5000 miles.
No car cleaning? Thought this might be included as we get with our BMW. I just assumed and did not ask.
Waiting area so so but at least it is outside.
Over all experience was less than I expected for a first time in for service with my leased car.

Be advised you guys just had a “near miss.”You forgot to close the hood on my car. I discovered this upon vehicles arivle home. That is a safety issue that needs to be looked at.
Servicing your car can be stressful. The person behind the counter acknowledge me right away, was aware of my appointment, told me what he was going to do, checked out my car, built the customer trust, made me feel relaxed and an hour later I was driving off. Fast, easy, comfortable.

Lem, Mikala, and your whole service team provided exceptional service—from greeting me (with smiles), explaining that since my car had over 61,000 miles that I may opt to do the big service (described what would be done ) rather than the regular service, which I appreciated, and when I picked up my car Lem explained the services they had performed—again, with a smile. Mikala is always pleasant and takes care of his clients. Everyone was friendly and professional. I’m grateful for their expertise and “aloha” that they provided. My car is happy—she’s running smoother and softer—and that makes me happy, too! Thank you very much—you have an outstanding team! Congratulations on a job well done!

My car was finished in the time it was quoted. I appreciate that as I wanted to get home. They also resolved a noise problem that was concerning me.
The facility is dirty. A employee smoked a cigarette and the smell was all over my face. There was a dead cockroach on the ground and no one seemed to notice! No water or coffee while you wait?
