When I came to pick up the car I was told that my front tires had bad wear and were chuncking. Since my car was bought in August or Sept of 2020 and has been driven less than 15,000 miles, it would be helpful to hear from the staff if those tires are defective or why they might have worn out so quickly.-

Had 10 am apptm and car wasn't we irked on until 1:30. Getting into service area was terrible.....no parking, very little room to manuever vehicle.

the Women who work in the service office are just superb. they’re helpful and they were able to expedite my order so that I got in and out within two hours. The price was reasonable . i are don’t say or think that when I get anything done in my car. coming. from denver, usually I feel its too expensive. If you continue to provide affordable service and I don’t have to wait hours for my car I will continue to bring it to you. Since a 2009 car something seems to go wrong every month. Thank you thank you BIM!

Communication from service desk folks was great to setup appt, etc. (from Shayna, Stephanie), but I was disappointed that the radio knob issue was not fixed, even though I have the extended 100K mile warranty. It was repaired and fixed about a year ago, but it broke again. Thank you
