I was a little surprised I was told my tires didn’t require rotation. I’m not sure how service department knew when my tires were last rotated. I’m not a regular customer here. The fact it was part of the deal i paid for was also made me wonder also.
Overall I was treated courteously by my the service rep. When I get home I’ll stop by my regular place and get them rotated.

Explained the problem and had me on the road 45 minutes later. Totally pleased with the service
I scheduled my appointment for 3 pm. I had to shift other important plans for that day. When i showed up it was for a chipped window and problems with Ford Pass that did not work at all. 1The Ford Pass issue was not fixed. Then I was told the that it was to late to fix the window so I had to make an appointment with the glass guy for another day. So no issue was resolved or fixed and i had to change plans for the next day when i assumed it would be fixed on the day of my appointment. The service manager seems like a nice guy, but i came in to have my issues fixed. Then i was told to take my new F150 to the dealer i bought it from which is in Milwaukee, 380 miles away.

Kyle is great. The service manager Matt Clark does a great job of communicating with his techs. He is very fair and the Timber Ford service department is the best it has ever been.
Dylan does a great job. He’s always very friendly, polite and professional. I think he also genuinely cares that Timber Ford customers have a good experience.
The staff handled everything very well. I'll be returning.

Thank you to the crew at Timber for taking care of my wife’s car. They where able to get her car in and then give her a ride to work. After the repairs where complete, they where able to drop the car off so my wife did not have to leave during the busy dinner hours so she could continue working. Service taking care of servers! Shopping local pays off, support your local dealer????

The service dept always takes great care of my car. I am very satisfied and happy that the proper things are checked and keep it running fantastic.
My truck overheated 15 minutes after I left the dealership. I had to turn the heat on to bring down the temperature. The next day they told me there was an air bubble after they flushed the coolant. They also told me they test drove it after the repair. I am sorry I am skeptical on the test drive and the air bubble.
