I had paid $200 to have a special Y-pipe put in just last summer and the exhaust was fine but the mechanic put anew Y-pipe in for $280 plus labor. I asked why it was done and was told the pipe was rusting but I know it was on good condition and they also said it was held together with a tin can but the can was there to try and keep a oil leak from dripping directly onto the exhaust not to hold it together. Also I said to fix a brake module that’s making noise under the dash and was told ok but it wasn’t fixed. I can get it done later but the exhaust issue really bothers me.

I had problems with the engine light going on. Kyle found out there was a wire that a mouse chewed on to the gas cap. He fixed it. They took me home while they worked on it and picked me up when it was done . I got my sleep in. Didnt have to wait.i am grateful!

The service department was excellent. The sales department was a waste of my time. I asked on two different occasions for a quote on the f450 and never received it.
