You guys went out of your way to help me out. I was broke down on a holiday weekend , 7 hrs. From home. They got to my truck first thing after they opened, figured out what was wrong. Let me know, ordered parts and called me the next morning before 9:30 letting me know that someone was coming out to pick me up as I had no way to get to town and I’m 35 mins out of town. This was over the top customer service!!! I cannot thank them enough!!
I will be happy to discuss my feelings in two weeks after I return from a trip out West. I have already discussed this with Matt Clark.

Service was great, technicians friendly. But as I was leaving I noticed the check engine light on. Now you would think they would have noticed that also and mentioned that to me. But no. And when I parked and came back in to ask about it they wanted to know if I should set up an appointment to have that checked. Kind of disappointed they were not very observant. But I guess you get what you pay for. Other than that I didn’t have to wait too long so for that I’m pleased
Emergency service on my F150, able to get my truck towed, they got it in immediately, diagnosed the problem, had the needed part in stock, installed and I was on my way in less than 2 hrs! Saved the afternoon for fishing on my last day in Hayward! Amazing service!
