Customer service was good, wasn’t happy with the Mechanics services! I had to remind them about my tire rotation, they didn’t complete my request... I also had to remind them about the oil additive that I wanted to add to my oil change, they didn’t complete that, after I asked the second time, it was half done..

I told them that the push button on the driver's door doesn't lock and unlock when pushed but was told nothing was found and the button still doesn't work. The window that was repaired had fingerprints and smudges all over it. The least they could have done was clean the glass after the repair. Also it was not explained to me that I would be responsible for paying for overnight shipping for the part that was not available locally.
Todd has great customer service skills and was pleasant. I usually get great service but was a little disappointed this time.

I had a appointment at 1:00 for a oil change and tire rotation. At 1:53 I received a call about my vehicle needing some filters. I had not received a call stating that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I called because I wasn't sure what time you all closed. Thank God I did because I would've missed you guys. No one called me at all. The service guy did apologize but still i could've missed you and couldn't get my vehicle if I didn't call you guys.
