I didn’t have any issues with Dawn; she was very helpful. I’m frustrated because I wasn’t having any issues or smelling any oil prior to my oil change on 10/26. I started smelling the oil as soon as I picked it up. I thought there might have been a little spillage, but a week later I was still smelling it. That’s when I made this appointment. I’m not convinced the leak wasn’t caused by something during that oil change, but how can I prove it? So now I’m out over $900. I bought this car at Londoff in 2011 and have always taken it back there for service. Yet in these 9.5 years, no one there knows my name and I still don’t trust what I’m told. I wish I could find someone I trust.
After receiving service which was an oil change and tire rotation, my front wheels shake terribly. It was noticed as soon as i left the parking lot and heading towards the highway.
