Service was very good. Not happy that I had to bring my 3 year old car in for a shifter. I have own a number of chevys but this might be my last 1. Plus I have a rear door unlocked light coming on. No excuse for these issues already.
He got my vehicle in on time and I was in and out in 45 minutes, great work
I sat in the waiting area for 2 hours , with no explanation of what was going on with my car. I had never experienced a service visit like this in the 7 years of bringing my car there. That was very bad communication and customer service. After speaking with the service manager Bruce Weiner, I had a better understanding of what was going on. Going forward, everything went well. I so appreciate Bruce taking the time to talk to me with his busy schedule. Li, the service advisor, did apologize to me, and we are good. We all have “ bad “ days. Looking forward to having Li advise me in the future.????
Not much to say. The service was completed without incident. Time spent servicing my truck gives me a chance to look at the new cars. So a win all the way around. No vetts though. I couldn’t find them if they were there. See you in 5k.
