The person to help me in service told me that $75 would cover a diagnostic test which I didn't get that done I just paid $75 for them assuming the noise was coming from my trunk I then called for him he never did show back up to the register for me to pay or to talk about what was going on right now I'm pissed because I paid $70 for nothing

When I went to get my oil change it was not told to me that I had to pay $69 dollars for it At all change I asked when I called how does this work and she replied miles are months ever which ever one coms 1st I said OK can I get a apartment when I talk to the service man asking him question don't remember his name I do remember him without a or NOTHING LIKE A smile or been greet Pleasantly and he did not State that it will be a cover charge i Over hearing someone talking to a another customer bring it to their attention that there will be a cover charge of something on their paper Is I'm not mistaken when I purchased a car I did not have to pay for or and I feel that I shouldn't have to because it was not brought to my attention before they done the work I do not have it Angela T

WAS A BIT CONFUSED AS TO WHY IT TOOK SO LONG TO GET MY CAR LOOKED AT. I HAD A 7AM APPOINTMENT I ARRIVED AT 7:30 GOT A TEXT MESSAGE AT AROUND 1PM SAYING MY C AS R HASN'T BEEN LOOKED AT YET BUT IT WILL BE LOOKED AT SOON WHEN I ASKED WHAT WAS THE DELAY I WASN'T GIVEN AN ANSWER
