I was about 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment, and Ray took me right away. He was so polite, and my vehicle was ready in no time!

The folks in the service department not only performed the scheduled maintenance on my truck but also helped answer a couple of questions I had concerning lubrication points on the door and the location of the engine block heater.

I really like Michael because he is very friendly and treat you with all the service that you need.
Dawn did an awesome job with checking me and getting into. for my rental car. However, once my car was released and I left, my engine light came back on. I turned back around and took the car back. Dawn was able to figure out the issue, fix it, so I would not have to come back the next day. I was on my way by 5 pm and she also filled my wipers fluids for me.

Mike R took my traverse for an hour on Tues I couldn't tell that anything was done . The car was not detailed and the warranty inspection was not done because I didn't have to sign anything. Craig Whitfield was wonderful from start to finish. He went out of his way to make things easier for us and took care of everything that Mike didn't do.
Michael Riehle is very unprofessional . Every time he never acknowledge customers it don’t take much to say I’ll be right with you.
Dawn did a great job. I came in for an oil change & tire rotation. She let me know about the plan where you can purchase 3 oil changes/tire rotations in advance so I bought that which will save me money. Dawn also alerted me that my rear brake pads were getting low so I can be aware in case I need to get new brakes before or at the time of my next oil change.
