I bought my car from this dealership last September. I went with Londoff as they did match the price of one I wanted at another dealership because I liked the grey color better they had. I feel like they just wanted to make a sale. They ordered a mat for me. It was the wrong one and we had to do that over again. Then I brought it in for an oil change yesterday and thought the first year of oil changes were free (what I was told). And I was told that would never happen and only the first one was free. How it was handled was not customer friendly and free oil changes for a year isn’t something I would randomly make up. It would have been nice to not have felt dismissed (their word vs mine). Overall as a customer I feel like they wanted to make the sale and after that customer service isn’t top priority.
This was service experience was terrible as I and the service advisor got into a verbal spat over the phone over the repair cost which I strongly feel was not accurate. I contacted Chevrolet Customer Assistance regarding this issue and they are escalating this to a Senior Advisor. Per Case 9-****-****-xxxx.
I got my car back this evening and the issue I brought it in for is still occurring
