Great Service!! Upon arrival I was greeted by Ray who told me I could have a seat and he would be right with me, he’s such a nice man. He checked me in and the wait was not long. I appreciated the waiting area being set up where I felt comfortable during my wait. When my car was ready Ray came in a let me know. Even the cashier was friendly.

I know for a fact something is wrong with the stability system diagnostics told me that. Something wrong with braking system diagnostics told me that too through email. Well service department told me nothing is wrong but diagnostice dont lie

I have always had a positive experience at the dealership. I appreciate the courtesy provided by the staff. I really love my car, the only problem I have is that phone representatives keep calling me to trade my car in. I am not ready to do that.

Set up and "appointment " for 8am on 8/18. When I dropped of the truck I was told that the time was a "drop off" and not an appointment. I was also told there was a recall on the truck so I could get a loaner car while truck was in service which was great. I received a text at 1030am to call if I had any questions so I called at 11am and 12 pm to check on status so I left 2 messages on Leo's voicemail. Second time I called the operator said that he was at lunch, but i still left a voicemail with Leo. Called again at 2pm since I didnt receive a call back and Leo said he was at the doctor and just got back. I dont understand that is my contact is going to be gone the voicemail should have been changed or calls forwarded to another service advisor. When I spoke to Leo at 2pm he said the truck was in service and should be done soon and that he leaves at 4pm. So I came back at 3pm from my day of appointments and Leo saw me and said it wasnt finished yet....which was fine but truck was sitting out in parking lot by service building and not being worked on. So at 4:15 Leo called and said al was done. So I returned the key for the loaner car and paid for the oil change. The truck was parked in the same spot since 3pm when I saw it and was brought to me in front of the service department. This made me wonder why it was sitting and not done when I saw it at 3pm. When I got home I looked over the receipt and noticed the squeaks in the rear end that was to be looked at could not be duplicated so nothing was done about it. Leo said he knew of this issue when I dropped the truck off so I thought that something would have been lubricated since I was led to believe this was a common issue with the chevy truck. So now I have the same squeak in the shock or spring and it is not fixed. Overall, just not happy with the lack of communication with your company.

I didn't get a separate invoice for my new service care package the 149.00 deal. He wrote the last one with the new one. With the last oil change I always buy another care package which is a set of 3, but it doesn't look like it to me.i just want make sure I get 3 more services that paid for today.i hope I'm explaining so you can understand what I'm saying.
