I feel like Ray did not put forth the effort to help we with the cost of the repairs for my car. When I came in for repairs previously and had a diagnostic check when I allowed you all to do the repairs the diagnostic fee was not charge. Ray did not want to wave that fee nor did he apply any coupons. I just spent a lot of money 3 weeks earlier with you all and I did not feel appreciated.
Mike is Great to work with. I told Mike I wanted to have mud flaps installed on my Traverse when I brought it in for my 1st oil change. Mike had the mud flaps ordered and scheduled for them to be installed during my oil change on a day that was convenient for me

As I have said before, it is always a pleasure to have Ray as my service consultant. He always has my best interest at heart. This has been a very aggravating time with my vehicle and costly to me, these last 2 weeks, with the engine light problem. I was told I had a 2yr service plan so I drove an extra hour out of my way then was told I didn't when it was time to pay.

Hi. Twice I brought the vehicle to you I will pick the vehicle on Monday. I'm not sure whether it is good serviced as you claim.
I have had my car for just about a year, bought the car brand new well I thought I did!! I have brought my car in several times because my brakes where making loud squeaking noise& it was hastening to stop at times,I was told my brakes or fine it will go away well it’s a year later an my breaks or still making the same noise& yesterday I almost ran into the back of some one because my breaks didn’t stop when I hit them????????, than last week I bought my car in because my ac wasn’t blowing out cool air was told again nothing was wrong but turned on my ac yesterday because it was hot and guess what still blowing out hot air????????this is not acceptable at all!!! I don’t know if you all think because I’m a female it’s ok to half do your job but it’s not I pay a car not every month too!!! An as far as Mike very unhappy with his customer service!!! I will end here because every time I think about my service here I get really upset u all need to do better????????
