If you are going to include a car wash with the Londoff Care package it would be nice if the car was dried. I have the worst water spots ever on my windows, mirrors and body of my Blazer. Now I have to pay to get it cleaned.

Dawn was very professional and the service was performed in a timely manner. One concern was that when I purchased the car I bought an additional package of 3 oil changes. She told me that the finance department would be contacting me because it requires 10 quarts for the oil change and that it was not covered. The finance department would cover 1st oil change and I would be refunded the amount. I have not heard anything from the finance department as of now. Thank you.

Called and was able to take my car in on same day. They took my car right in and service on my car was completed within an hour. I was very satisfied.

When I purchased the truck I noticed the fog light wasn't sitting in the compartment correctly I was told to take it to service that day and I, when I get to service I'm standing there for about 10-15mins and no one said anything to me. A lady pulled in with her car and received attention before me again, I had to ask for help, once I spoke with Todd he gave me a card and referred me to call and make an appointment, which I was given for the following Friday Sept 25th at 7:30 I arrived on time and sat in the waiting room for about two hrs before my relative came to check on me and told me they were still working in my truck. Shortly after Todd comes to tell me the fog light has to be ordered and when it arrives he will call me and I can just bring it in and they will fix it I won't need an appointment. I never received a call from Todd letting me know the last was in so I called today Oct 1st and spoke with Chris in service who told me the last was there etc, I then call and left a voicemail for todd but I received a call from Christy (I think that's her name) asking me to setup an appointment for Friday Oct 2nd and I can drop off my truck, I refused to accept that appointment because that's not what I was told previously she went and spoke with the service manager Bill after going back and forth, allowed me to bring it in said it would take about 2hrs which it took about an hour and a few minutes and I was given my keys from Ray who was the person who greeted me upon arriving today, very good customer service skills, I did appreciate his concern with getting my issue taken care of and to leave with a smile. Ray showed me where my truck was parked and exited the conversation with a Thank U and a smile. Even tho I have a relative who works there and been there many yrs I wasn't expecting a different kind of treatment but it should've been a little better from beginning to end. Being a business owner customer service is number one....I'm unsure if ill bring my truck there for service in the future.

While they fixed the windshield wiper issue, the car makes a noise at start up and while driving. I was told that iit was not heard by mechanic.
