It took 21 days to resolve my issue with the 2018 truck I bought . Only mark sales manager got this done. Your so called “ 100 point “ inspection is supposed to include taking wheels off hubs to inspect brakes . This was not done and brake pads were rubbing metal to metal. Why would this Bruce shop Mgr allow this shot to go on? Poor form Johnny londoff. And Bruce is responsible for sending out vehicles not checked properly. After three weeks of constant texting and calling which nobody called me back except for Mark It finally got done after wAiting 3 plus hours at dealership. Middleton. 2018 f150. No. Not satisfied. I would not recommend the mechanics or “union “ shop there to Anyone. I would recommend Mark If u really give 2 shits about your reputation and how customers feel- read this and do something bout it

Ashley was excellent! She was very professional, polite, considerate, and gracious. Ashley was thorough in her explanation of the process of servicing my vehicle as well as the associated cost. It was a pleasure working with Ashley throughout the extended period of time that it took to service my vehicle. There was an extended period of time that Ashley had to contact me in regards to my vehicle and she did so in a very timely manner. I appreciate Ashley and all that she did for me, the customer. She made me feel like it mattered that my vehicle was fixed correctly and that I was satisfied. I will look to Ms. Rhodes when I return.

I paid $1300 for service and my check engine light came back on the next day. My steering wheel also shakes now and it didn't before. I'm very disappointed

so far I do not see a leak any longer. I plan on still dropping by Monday or Tuesday to have all leaks checked as suggested. thank you
