I asked the service dept to make sure tires at 35 LBS got in the car check pressure and left front read 39 LBS right front 37LBS right back 36LBS left back 33LBS so I wasn't happy went home your company not doing what I asked

My overall all experience was great its just the little things. I had a tire replace and once it was done they didn't clean up the tire. It still had white sticky stuff all over it. Maybe little to some but to me its a lack of concern for the work that was done.
The wait is really long for an oil change.
I spent 6 hours at the dealership waiting for my car. I believe much of the delay was due to covid-19 induced problems.
