There’s nothing you can do to improve my experience so please don’t contact me, but what I was told over the phone was not in line with what I was told when I arrived. I had an appointment at 1:30. When I was helped, I told them that I had a couple of recalls and that the woman who took my appointment said they could give me an estimate for my air conditioner which is not working. The gentleman who was checking me in told me that they were running behind and they couldn’t give me an estimate because the service techs had to leave by 4:00 and they wouldn’t have enough time. I expressed my disappointment that they didn’t schedule me earlier if that was the case. To which I was told they would get to my estimate, but that it would cost $150 - 1 hour of labor. That may be the going rate, and that’s fine, but I was given the impression that I was an inconvenience. In the future I will go somewhere that values my business and is not inconvenienced to service me.
