I left my truck because I was told the window guy only came on Wednesday and that my truck would get in first thing in the morning. I got a call the next day saying my truck was finished and I could pick it up the next day. Dropped off Monday, now pick up Thursday. I went in about 10:00 and was told they didn't have my paperwork after about 10 minutes they said my truck was being brought around. I go t my truck and the water was still in my floorboards the paper placemat was crumpled on the passenger side and adhesive laden fingerprints were on the front and side windows. I hope the leak is fixed but I definitely received my truck back looking worse than when I dropped it off

Not happy that my truck did not pass inspection because of a few drops of moisture in the tail light assembly. Really? I am not paying 127.50 to get a few drops of moisture out of my tail light. I got home expecting a lot of water in there. I pulled the tail light and literally had 3 beads of water. It's a 2004 and in great shape so I guess 3 beads of water is to be expected somewhere.

Evidently poor quality on my Explorer after paying too much for a seam that failed on the drivers side arm rest. No wear on it as I don’t use that arm rest enough to matter. Was glued instead of actually sewn coming out of the factory.
