I dropped my truck off to have the sunroof repaired on a Monday, and were it not for me calling them to get a status for the repair, I wouldn't have known anything for a week. I first called them at the end of day on Tuesday and was assured that the truck should be ready the following day, but I would get a call either way. I Also asked about a loaner car, but they were all out at the time, but we're expecting two back that day and they would call to set me up. No call. After not receiving a call, I called them again on Thursday. Truck was not ready but should be ready Friday, but I would get a call either way. No call. I call them Friday and the truck should be done by the end of the day, but I would get a call and If I didn't hear from them and it got finished late that day, I could call and talk to sales and pick it up Saturday if it was done. Called sales on Saturday to ask about it and when I told her the what the service department said about sales helping me over the weekend, I was told that that wasn’t possible and I would have to wait until Monday to even get a status on the repair. This is the second appointment I have had at this location and the first one may as well have occurred in some parallel universe because I didn't have near the difficulty the first time around. Everyone was always polite, but the communication is sorely lacking which lead to frustration when trying to arrange a loaner vehicle so I could get to work.

Last time I had my vehicle there was not impressed with the reps. This time was different. This rep was very personable and willing to help. She made this visit better and I was comfortable knowing my vehicle was being taken care of. Keep up the good work!
