Everyone is always very nice and helpful whenever I bring my vehicle in for service.. Katherine was very personable and filled me in on all aspects of my service done today. She came to me in the waiting area when it was done and took me to the cashier window to complete my transactions. I appreciate the personal touch because it makes you feel that your being there is really important! Thank you

I’m surprised that the personnel were not wearing masks during this covid time.
They got my car confused with some one else. All I needed was an oil change. After seeing it driven into the bay I waited a little over an hour. I saw my can waiting on the lot. I asked what was taking so long and they said they were waiting on a part. I said I needed no part and they quickly fixed the mix up. Took just about an hour and a half total to be able to drive off.
Polite and service was prompt.
It took 2 hours to change out a faulty tire sensor that was installed the day before. Coffee maker still out of order. Employees are very nice but mechanics are SLOW!

I was there for 3hrs and ended up leaving my truck. Coffee pot was out of order and I was getting hungry. I left with my fiancee to get lunch. It would have been nice to have some coffee at the least. Chevy dealer in Fenton has water, coffee, cookies and donuts. Auto Plaza across the highway has coffee and popcorn. I had no money with me either. You place could use a good cleaning, too.
Ms. Chandler, as well as the cashier were very friendly and professional.
I know there were extenuating circumstances, but keeping the car in the shop for a whole week is excessive. Hopefully that will be improved next time. The quality of the work though was well done.
Please let me know when a Mustang Mach-e is available to rest drive
We are unhappy with the gas tank cover on our 2010. We have had to replace it twice already.
There was DEF fluid down the side of my truck and all over the running board.

arrived at 8am was told it would be ready at noon. Liz called at 11:15 and stated it would be closer to 2 or 2:30. I called at 3pm and Kathy stated she jut got the paper work and was ready for pick-up. We arrived about 4pm paid and left around 4:20. We didn't go 3/4 miles and the car stopped and would not start. A passer by stopped and pushed us off the side of the road out of the traffic lane. I contacted Liz who sent Paul to look at the vehicle.
Paul advise it was in the air filter sensor and disabled it. We drove back to your service bay and Paul fixed it and test drove it. He assured us it would be ok now and even gave us his cell number to call if we had problems. We left around 5:15 and made it home.
Very professional. I was stranded with complete loss of power in my F350 and large camper to haul 1.5 hours away from home. The team was able to complete diagnosis, provide a part number, and then schedule me for service as soon as I located the back-ordered part from another dealership. I highly recommend this service department. THANK YOU!!!
