Michelle and other Scism Motors employees have always been very helpful and courteous to me. We will ask for a trade in appraisal on our Lincoln when we feel it is time to replace it. At this time we are very happy with it.

came to pick up car after airbag warranty and oil change and defroster was malfunctioning. was told the mechanics were at lunch and would look at it in an hour, but he would have to see if Ford would cover the repair or not. It was not broken when I dropped it off. Called Grand daughter to pick us up and drive us back home. 45 minutes away. Was called later and told it was ready again. was told it was because battery was unhooked during warranty work, and they re-flashed the computer. Had Grand Daughter take me back over to Dealership and after a minute looking for the key, I was on my way home with no additional charges. Defroster seems to be working now. So it only took me three trips ( or 4.5 Hours of driving in the rain to get the oil changed and the airbag warranty done.
When I showed up I told them I needed windshield wipers. My truck was out so I went and asked if it was done. Needless to say they said that my wipers were good. Isn’t it what the customer wants? Took them 3 times before they decided they were finally going to put them on. On top of that when I got back into my truck the steering wheel was in my lap and they had moved the seat up. Never before have we had such poor workmanship dealing with Ford. This was our first time here and it will be our last.
Took only about an hour so I trust they did what their supposed to do
