I called. Brock Boren and he schedule my appointment over the phone and all I had to do was drop my car off he handled the rest and I just had stop after work and pick it back up. Thanks Brock!

She was very nice and friendly. Very polite when I came in to get service. Was ready for me when I walked in and had me take a seat in the waiting area. She came out with my paperwork when my vehicle was done and walked with me to the cashier window for my keys.
