Kathy was very helpful. I did not know the quality of the tires and she advised on the best tires to purchase. Also, she arranged a driver for me to take me home while the neon was being serviced. The driver was a nice guy and told me it was his last day and was getting another job. I wished him well.

This was my first oil change since I bought the car new and was under the impression that I should have gotten free oil changes for the first year but I had to pay out of pocket for this oil change. The past 2 vehicles I purchased from Sam Scism I received free oil changes for the first year.
You have some good people there but it seems to me that your dealership is being neglected and I think could be in better condition.
My new car now has been compromised now that the transmission has to be taken iut.my new car is no longer new now. I feel that I will always have issues with my mustang now and I'm thinking a newer car to replace it will be end game.
I am not happy with the results it seems that everything is a common thing now this may be the last Ford I buy I did not pay 40'000 to have a truck for a year and a half and then start having problem this is the strick 2 @ there won't be a strick 3
