Now my car is completely dead and won’t start and I’m stuck in a grocery store parking lot at 10pm at night. So - yeah. Not happy with the service I tried to get today. I have a video of what my car did before it completely died.
Wyatt has been doing his best to fix my liftgate issue. I've brought the car in 4 times for this issue , I am hoping this will be the last.
Problem has not been resolved after the part was replaced. I’ld like to bring the problem to court because I’ve brought my car to service plenty if times but unable to solve the problem.
I will contact who knew about lemon law.

Jaime is great. Your service technicians are not as such. Not only were they unable to Remove the part I needed replaced as it should be easy enough... But come to find out that a bolt in my front end was not tightened. Leaving my traction control system in a caution state with the light on and a rattle when I’m driving. I took it to my mechanic and he found that your technician did not tighten the sway bar linkage bolt on the top end of it on the side where the cv boot and shaft were replaced. This could cause a serious problem with traction on turns. Maybe it would be a great idea to check on your employees skill and ability more often.
