Wyatt Appleburry service specialist should be re trained he DOSEN'T make you feel welcoming instead I feel bad energy his tone and body language said it all it's not the firts time I have feel bad service from Wyatt I have never feel like this with others employees at Nissan Dealer Ship Maintenance Service I had to repeat my self 4 times that I only need OIL CHANGE NOTHING ELSE he was adding more things that I didnt need he has a bad attitude and communication with customers why can he be friendly like the others employees..

Really bad customer service, satisfaction and management problems. I been a customer for more then 20 years since Connell Nissan and is getting worse and worse. Your company is lucky to have an employee like the one you have and is been there for so many years. He didn't help me today and unfortunately I don't remember his name but it seems that he is the only one who knows Everything there. I don’t want anything for free but at least have reasonable prices. Thank you!
