Wyatt, zero customer focus: he is obviously not interested in helping customers. Kind of made me want to go to another service provider. Nobody checked on what I asked them to check. Result, I’m going to find someone who cares. I prefer Mya Marquez.

It was obvious that Jamie was very familiar with my car and knew what needed to be fixed. I was especially impressed that she was able to explain to me what needed to be done to my car in layman’s terms for me, someone who knows very little about cars, and provided estimate prices on what needed to be done. I will definitely return and ask for her again! Thank you so much!

Jaime is possibly the best customer service agent ever !! She completely understands the term “customer experience” and always goes the extra mile for us.
