Maya is WONDERFUL! She is service-oriented and was very willing to answer all the questions I had. When I brought my car in for a oil change the check engine light was on , I was told it would be $150 just to run the diagnostic test. This is absolutely ludicrous knowing that the gas vacuum seal will trip the engine light without having anything wrong with the car. I have bought my last two trucks from Nissan and I am ready to trade my Frontier in for a Titian. But after today’s obviously blatant rip-off I will no longer be interested in purchasing another car from Nissan., FYI there are many auto part stores that run these test for free.

Expected better service related to vehicle warranty coverage. Customer service needs to know more knowledge of bbumper to bumper warranty. Brian from service was better help.

Wyatt has always welcomed me with a warm welcome at home feeling. leaving my vehicle with someone I can trust. His follow-through was right on the spot from the Uber back to my job to a text letting me know that the vehicle was completed. That comes far a few between now days.

I waited over two hours for an oil change and car wash. I waited in the coffee room. I think they were done and the female service advisor went to lunch and no one told me my car was ready. I was not happy!
