Brian Martinez handle my service request with utmost respect and excellent customer service. He provided and arranged for an Uber ride for me to relax and enjoy the comfort of my home. This service is exceptional as it allows the convenience of completing other tasks at hand or just to be relaxed in familiar surroundings. There is a disconnect between Sales and Service. I purchased my CPO Murano less than 10 days ago and had a few issues (vibration while braking, rear mud flap loose, low tire pressure.) I arranged coming in with James and Anna to ensure I had a rental vehicle. When I showed up, I was helped by Maya who knew nothing of this arrangement and let’s just say I was very frustrated. I left on my own and had to Uber through the day for $35. I called and left a message and text Maya with no response between 1-3pm. I called, was put on hold for a very long time and then hung up on. I called again and after a long hold was told my car was ready but nothing was found on the brakes. I drove with a tech and it was VERY apparent there was vibration when braking from the rear. After waiting for another 1.5 hrs the pads and rosters were replaced which I appreciated. At the end I was satisfied but what a frustrating day. Thanks again to James for a great buying experience.

Finally great service. Don’t know if it’s because this dealership has changed hands so many times but my wife is finally happy and that means I don’t have to drive down to Mission Viejo for maintenance anymore. Hope you enjoyed the donuts and sorry I was short with you but I had some appointments to keep. Thanks again for taking care of my wife’s car and looking out for the best interest of your customer.
