Need to confirm as after the recall the outside temperature displayed was 56 when in reality it was 77.

Wyatt Applebury did not thoroughly explain what services were completed, what services were required and what was eligible to be covered under the extended warranty for my vehicle. Additionally, my vehicle was not vacuumed inside, but I am not sure if this service is no longer available. Lastly, I am pretty upset that the new owner discontinued the $100 service package.

Very surprised with your Uber ride while my car was in service. And despite the mix up from pickup point back to your dealership, Maya was very proactive on resolving the issue to arrange for another Uber ride. I have previously bought and serviced my cars from Datsun, the previous name for Nissan, and Mitsubishi and have to congratulate your dealership as the best one to buy car from and service

I came for a semi-synthetic oil change and was charged for semi-synthetic oil change but got a conventional oil instead. Also, I did not receive a multi-point inspection report. I brought both issues up to my service advisor but he kept brushing off my concerns. I e-mailed Ryan Simonian but so far got no response. Very disappointed because I bought my vehicle from there and was going to purchase my next one there. I’m staying away from there going forward.

He was great . I’m just highly disappointed that the Warrenty will not fix the motor mount that I have been notified about since 27000 miles . Now I’m at 35??? And it It is worse and I can feel it . But Warrenty company says its normal . Your mechanics say it’s not . So I’m leaning towards not ever purchasing another Nissan.
I was told that the motor for the rear hatch needed to be replaced after diagnosis's by the mechanic. I paid a lot of money for that diagnosis. A new motor was installed. I tested the hatch before leaving the dealership and it worked. I used it two more times and it’s not working anymore!
