Wey excited with my new SUV it just took like 6-7 hours for me to take it home and we were suppose to go out of town but because it took so long we had to leave the next day

I am very disappointed with the post purchase of vehicle. I had to call multiple times but no response and I give up now. Very polite and kind before making the deal and once it’s sold they show up the true personality.I will pray to god my vehicle works properly and should not get into a situation to visit your store again.

It is Socolov and more! First, your sign says: “We promise to respect your time. How untrue! Your place has drastically changed for the worse! In late November I tried for a week to make an appointment. I left messages that were never returned. Finally, in early December, I got through and could only make an appointment for today (almost a month away). I arrive on time, and after talking with Socolov, i wait for two hours without a word of what’s going on with my car. I have to wait outside because crazily, none of the staff wears masks!! This is just the beginning. Are you interested in the rest? You can call me. As for me, after a happy relationship with Van Hyundai for years, I’m looking elsewhere.

Phil does not listen to what the customer is saying. I am very unhappy with how I have been treated by Phil and other members of Van Hyundai. There is not enough room in this comment section to write my 12 page paper on how my experience has been!!!

I spent 2 hours 45 minutes for an oil change even though I had an appointment. Then I found grease on seat and had to wait for that to be cleaned. I don’t blame the service advisor or workers, but I blame management and ownership for setting more appointments than workers can handle. Things were very different when Darold was the manager.
