Phil was a professional. The issue is waiting 3 hours for a technician to complete an oil change. I don’t get it. I keep hearing the last 2 years that help is hard to come by every retailer, restaurant and apparently dealership. Not the consumers problem. Excuses! Maybe you guys should pay your techs a competitive salary?
Justin was kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else!

Quick and friendly service
The charges were more than what was quoted and no proper explanation was given for those additional charges. The car was not washed. Its very disappointing to see that the car was not washed. You spend upwards of $350 and you dont even get a car wash? It’s ridiculous

It’s not the Service and Support I had become accustom to receiving the last 10 years and I have zero confidence in the technicians. No one was truthful with me nor seemed concerned about my issue..getting call backs or questions answered is impossible . I will find another Hyundai Dealer to take my car to and to inspect the work that’s been done.
