Wonderful customer service
Was not happy at all with service depth. I sat for 2 hrs before I went to check and my car was still sitting in the same place. I asked about it and no one could give me a answer why. This is was the worst service I've had at any dealership I have ever dealt with.
Even though I did not have an appointment, I took my new 1500 mile Hyundai Tucson in because of a check engine light and Phil Socolov did not turn me away. Instead he was able to have his service technician isolate issue and made the necessary repairs within an hour. I was very grateful, especially with a check engine light in a 4 week old car. Thank You.

I was satisfied with Phil. He did the best he could with what he had to work with. There were issues beyond the control of the dealership, but I first notified the dealership about my car issue on April 14 and then fell in the cracks several times. I understand the loaner shortage and a good portion of the blame falls on people who are no longer there, but I left there feeling mostly unvalued as a customer. Thank you Phil for working with me.
Had a 60k maintenance done on my 2015 Genesis. The technician did not reset the maintenance warning light so it still comes on every time I start the car.
we have had the vehicle we bought now for 3 weeks and the trade in is still not paid off.
Sara drive her car back to Houston tonight and the oil plug fell out and stranded her on the side of I 45 north of Houston in the Woodlands. At night. Single 23 year of girl. This is not acceptable at all! I am furious that this happened. AAA is currently towing it to a dealership on the South Loop

We had a 11:00 appt for a simple oil change, tire rotation. It wasn't finished until 3:00! It seems everytime we visit your dealership we find more reasons we regret shopping there.
Really appreciate the kindness and communication showed to me as a first time new car buyer. If I decide on having a Hyundai as my potential next car, I'll come back! Otherwise, I would recommend you guys!

I would recommend you guys to anyone thts looking for a new car.i would most definitely tell them to ask for Karla she is one of the nicest people I ever met in my life and she really took good care of me and made sure I understood everything she's the reason I went to van hyunai

Nice prep & delivery of our new vehicle
The team did a good job with service provided and did wash my vehicle but I’ve noticed smear marks that maybe from the zaktek re-appliance on the right side of the vehicle.
