Car was there from7am to after 3 pm closing on Sat. Then had to wait for my bill to be fixed $100.00 over charge. Pad $600.00 + and no car wash. Almost always disappointed in service at this location.

The almost 3 hour wait was unacceptable for a tire rotation and oil change. I was quoted for 1 or 2 hours. Although the staff was apologetic, little was ultimately done to rectify the situation beyond the basic requirement of completing the service. Overall, the experience left much to be desired.
No gas when I bought the car no plate when I bought it no gas no mirror and it took an entire month to even get it fixed and when I come after they say the car is ready I'm still here waiting for an hour thank you for the worst car buying experience I've ever had and I've bought a stolen car before
4 months ÷ missing trim ÷ a laundry list of other complaints and I can tell you I am not satisfied in the least. PS: picked up my car 3 weeks ago but I am sure you were hoping I'd calm down by now.

Glad this dealership is under new management. Waiting for about 6 hours for my car to be cleaned up. Shady operations in finance (Rahim)and have no idea who this Janice person is on my text. Call and you never talk to anyone because they don’t call back. Sales person Laura made the sale then never helped me resolve my issues. Had to drive to dealership and spend another 2 hours there trying to resolve my issues.

Supposedly repaired a rear defrost, that still did not work. Supposedly ordered a part needed for a rear tail light, that took too long to come in. Took the truck to another repair shop to only find out that no part was needed and it was just some wiring issues.
Also, never installed the KAHU tracking device, that I was charged $883 for.
I never got my vehicle serviced, not sure why I got a text that my vehicle is ready.

I've bought 2 vehicles from the dealership, and all I've gotten was horrible customer service. On Saturday, I got to the service dept just before opening since 1st come, 1st serve. I waited 4 hours for my car, only to have to go elsewhere to get the issues taken care of. I will NOT be coming back to your dealership for anything. I will NOT recommend your dealership to anybody. Ever since Darold left, the service dept has gone to ****. I'm off to find a new mechanic since my MPP expired.

I was not satisfied with my vehicle they did not do a very good job on cleaning out my car it was still stuff on the carpet they did not datcu him out the back rear end of my vehicle they did not clean the back seat and it was still spots all over the windows I think they need to be more trained on how to detail cars inside and outside thank you
