Whoever serviced the vehicle did a horrible job. The oil service light and tire service light was not reset. The cap came off while driving and coolant shot out everywhere under the hood! That made the vehicle run hot and I contacted the sales manager Fabian, and he came out and took pics and added coolant and water because of the careless service guy that almost cost the engine to burn up!
I had my original appointment on Friday evening but had to come back on Saturday as you were backed up. I understand you are busy but would appreciate if it can be informed early prior to visiting the service center.
