First of all the guidelines for complimentary service needs to be explained and indicated appropriately on your return for service. It’s not Jennifer’s fault I don’t believe. But to put one thing on your windshield as to when you should return and then be told differently when you arrive. I was not happy. Also you used to provide written information on the 27 point inspection, did not happen. Very disappointed that car was not washed, as you have always provided a complimentary wash whenever I brought my vehicle in. Just not the same friendly service experience I’ve had over my past five vehicles purchased from you guys.

Phil did not listen and make me feel as if I was heard when I brought my vehicle in the shop. I had a defective mirror and he kept insisting that I replace what was defective. However, his manager, heard me. I left the dealership frustrated after spent 3.5 hours there. But the manager did what he could to alleviate my frustration.

Unfortunately all of the paper from the price ticket on the window was not removed and it can clearly be seen there was something there and it’s sticky. Looking to bring back to have it taken care of.

The complete detail was poor especially on the outside where the wheels were not clean and polished and the bottom molded panels had spots and the chrome trim not clean and polished as the windows had water spots too.

I came in for a state inspection, but, it took an hour for the team to let me know they would not be able to do it because the system was down. My appointment was at 8 am, but I was not informed of the problem until 9 am. I will give Jennifer kudos for helping me find another place to go for the inspection. I realize the team has no control over state systems, but when they realized it was down, I should have been informed right away and given the choice of waiting to see if it would come up or leaving.

Mark was very helpful. I appreciate him helping me setting my Bluetooth that was not working. Side note: was disappointed with your waiting area, the furniture was so worn out. I would think you would take more pride in the appearance of your facility. I know the building is old but really?? Mark was very helpful and so was the lady in the cashier office.

Worst experience yet. My fan knob was broken and I was advised it would cost almost $500 to replace the knob. Jennifer advised me that the entire climate control unit has to be replaced rather than just fix the dial. That’s totally insane! When I went nuts, Jennifer said “I didn’t make the car.” That’s totally inappropriate! I reminded her she represented the brand that made the car. I have been very consistent with bringing my car to Van for service since I moved here to Texas. I will not be back. You lost me. Service really needs to figure out how to repair this fan dial fir a lot less ... let’s get creative here. Bye bye.
