Worst communication I've received. I find it hard to believe if the internet was down, no parts could be ordered over the phone. I won't be coming back or using Van Hyundai in the future

I'm an unlucky person caught in an unfortunate windshield repair debacle, by Adkins Glass, recommended by Darrell Ohlemacher, service manager with Van Hyundai, Carrollton. Following this "repair" I'm left with a windshield with tape all around it. Darrell tried to fix it. When he couldn't manage this,since the windshield still whistles, he turned me over to Cody, without explanation. I haven't given Cody an opportunity to manage this since I don't want to have Atkins do any further damage.

Poor/no communication on the status of my car until I called at the end of the day. I received no new information from the last time my car was viewed here 3 weeks earlier. It was an unnecessary trip.

I really appreciated the service. The agent were very open to listen and solve customers issues. Also they did great on the job. However, the wait time was long. Otherwise the service was very great.

Phil was really kind. I’ve got an oil change service and he advised some diagnosis results of my car. Also they found a nail on the tire which I did not recognized. I appreciate that!
