I came in for a liner, only to get a driver belt that I never requested. The representative felt the need to do a diagnostic with out me knowing nor gave permission. Very disappointed with my services and NEVER GOT WHAT I CAME IN FOR!! I have never had this experience before and felt it was a money grab type service. Very reluctant to return back to this location. I did speak to management but they stated that it was nothing they can do since the belt was already put on my car in under 30MINS. I was discounted the charge but felt that this location has lost a loyal customer!!

The appointment was at 2:15, oil change took 2 hours. I understand it was busy, but the idea of making an appointment and setting aside time from your day is so that you don't have to wait 2+ hours for something that should be quick like an oil change. I would be more understand if I was a walk in customer and had to be squeezed in between appointments, but a 2 hour turn around just isn't acceptable when an appointment was made ahead of time.
