My experience was superb from beginning to end, second to none! Jenifer is outstanding! And I am a Sewell customer…they think they have service in the bag…you guys give them a run for their money!
There was some confusion with the price to be charged. In the end it was a little cheaper than what was quoted but it took a while to get it figured out. Also, by Bluelink sent me a notice that my car was idling more than 30 min. Phil explained that it was because of the fuel injectors being cleaned. Advance notice of that would have been preferred because I was concerned about the gas being burned up. Phil was very nice but he didn’t seem very confident in his responses. Overall service I rate as an A but a low A.
Phil did an excellent job.
I’ve serviced my car at Van Hyundai since new. With a couple of exceptions, each experience has been great! I’ll keep servicing my car at Van because of this reason.
