The day after I had the coolant tube replaced. My battery dead. And I had to have it charged up. Then the next day. When I started my car in the morning. It was making. Loud. Noises. In the engine area. After spending. $263. I feel bad. That I am still having trouble with my car. I don’t have time to keep. Coming into the dealership. To see. What the problem. Is. But I might have to come back. In. I like my car. To be in good condition. I am upset and dissappointed I had my coolant. Replaced. Within. The last four months. And. Had to have it replaced again. I find this unacceptable and then my car is still. Not up to. Par. I really do need help from you.

No problem with service advisor. The overall Van’s organization needs to improve. I am Aware of the employee “shortage” and all of the problems due to Covid challenges but there should be an attempted to make the property more professional. It’s a dump. The chairs, the rest room, waiting area sorely needs improved. It’s not a Mercedes dealership but why not try and be as good as them. Sewell Motors doesn’t market their cars, they market the classy company, I.e., customer service, loaner cars, clean facilities, all employees interacting with customers to wear ties and professional dress. Step it up! I love my Sante Fe Turbo. It has all the “bells & whistles” anyone could want and at much less cost than the higher level cars but getting the car serviced and visiting the dealership is enough to trade the car in for a more upscale brand. This response seems bleak but I do care about your dealership and the people who are employed there but you really need to become more professional. If not, I can’t imagine you will survive. Mark was SUPER helpful. I had a flat tire last minute right before the dealership closed, even then Mark was on top of it and made sure I knew that this would be resolved by the next day ASAP.
