Service was unacceptable, supposidly done in 30 minutes, but I was not notified until 1 hour later, when I went to check on my car, was told that the recall would take 1 to 2 hours, only in shop for about 30 minutes, I was sitting outside the service area, saw my car pulling in and then back out to thier parking lot, have questions about the recall was done, give me paperwork that it was, but not convinced that it was, told they were short of help, should not take in so many cars if they don’t have enough help to even let someone know thier car is ready, not a happy customer, service mgr offered free oil change & tire rotation, I told him no thank you, why would I want ti come back and sit for 2-3 hours for that service, would like to speak to some contact concerning this, ****-****-xxxx
Marc did an outstanding job in this existing atmosphere of COVID. Very pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable.

I love coming to Van Hyundai! I’ve been to several other Hyundai service centers and none of them compare to Van Hyundai. Van Hyundai employees are kind and never speak down to me because I am a woman like other service centers have. I also love the location of Van Hyundai, having the square right down the street make waiting 10x better!!

Explained the process very well.
Was asked to do extra stuff on my vehicle. When asked if it would prolong the appointment was told no. So ended up having to stay for 2 hours. Probably won’t be returning and will purchasing my next Hyundai elsewhere. Service will make or break whether I return. If I can’t trust the service dept then I can’t buy again and I’ll be in the market in another year for a new Hyundai.
Justin in the service dept took the best care of me and in less time. I’ve spent several thousand dollars in service as I believe in taking care of my car. Your service department treatment a plus!!!
