You only have two service writers the place is very disorganized even the chairs are old person to sit and wait for the service writer although Gracie happen to be a very good service writer even the valet to get your car takes time it’s like a third grade operation compared to huffines
I never heard when car was ready. A text came later that day. Phil was ok but not prepared with my paper work when I got there. I had to go outside to find my car. A gentleman came up to me snd asked me if I needed help. He found my car at the back of the lot. Phil just said your car should be be outside.

It was frustrating. I would rather better communication and dialogue about the real length of the process. I first tried to contact Van Hyundai about my window issues, September 13, but could not reach anyone to help me for days. After reaching out to Freeman Hyundai, and finding they could not help for months, I then contacted City Garage close to me to see if they could help get it done. They diagnosed it the following day, but told me it would be $850, so I tried one last time with Van, as I thought it might be covered under my warranty. I finally reached the service manager, who was very helpful, and said it was covered under warranty. He put me in touch with Mark, and I brought it in Monday, 9/20. They kept for several days, getting warranty approval, and ordering the part, but I had to call back several times to find out what was going on. I was told it would be done in a couple days, only to find the part wasn’t even coming in until the weekend. I gigaflops yo talk to someone in parts to find that out, as I could never reach Mark, leaving several messages and never a return call. Saturday afternoon I called Mark, to get him to check if part was in, and when I could bring in my car. Finally, he was able to verify part was in and I could bring in Monday morning, to get it done. Never got a call when it was ready, and had to call several times, to have the lady in service check to find the car was in process and would be done within the h

I was promised a rental but ended up $300 in the whole for Uber’s.
I haven’t received any form of service to date.

Seemed very unorganized. Should not take a day and a half for 1 recall. When we called no one knew anything about our car and I don’t think they really knew where the car was. When we take our other car in for anything it always comes out quickly and has been washed and vacuumed. We are not used to the type of service we received from your service department. Short handed excuse only lasts so long. Your setvice department needs better management

It Was A bit disorganized...normally we get the service sticker reminder placed on our window but we had to go back inside & request one. Also, they normally park our car right outside the door for convenience. We had To Walk Across The Street And Parking lot to find our car oddly parked.
Mr.Mark Ramos never returned any call. I never spoke to him.

Was not dine in a timely manner. Was told that the part for the recall repair would have to be ordered and I scheduled the repair weeks ago. Some how the service manager miraculously found the part. No apology from Phil. Not much satisfaction at all.
