Gracie was the worst service rep and did not care and was very rude. She made 1 call to notify me my car was ready. I called. Left voice-mail and responded to the text. When I picked up keys after my third trip. She did not care.
Came in for multiple recalls. Kept car for 2hours and then said no part was available
The whole experience was a comedy of errors. Phil, service manager and service director are totally incompetent and need to be retrained on what it means to make promises to the customers and actually keep them. The worst customer service experience ever.

Excellent quality repair service as I am a regular customer. I would like more communication regarding turnaround time. I am always happy to wait for my vehicle if I am told realistic expectations. This dealership is extremely high volume and they deliver extremely high-quality repair service consistently. I will continue to take my Elantra to van Hyundai. Waiting time 2-3 hrs. Actual wait
Time little over 4 hrs. And the
Wash and vacuum was not satisfactory. Was told later should have done a mini detail.
I will never go to there again.
Early morning I went to get my car oil change and they said it will take a 3 hour 1/2 waiting because I didn't have an appointment. So I made an appointment to come back at 2pm.
He said no waiting and will take most 45 min.
I waited for more than 2 hours and my car was still sitting outside.
I asked for my key and left.
I will never go back to your car dealer.
I was very satisfied with the experience except it took it took too long for an oil change and a minor recall repair

Phil took great care of me. I came in without an appointment because I was very concerned that I had damaged my car. Phil got me in and taken care of. We need more people like Phil in this world.
This is my third and final car with Van Hyundai . I came down with a car issue and left with the car same car issue . The advisor told me one thing and wrote down another on the paper that he gave me . He told me whoever last did my oil maintenance did a terrible job little did he know I ONLY go to VAN HYUNDAI for any service! I’m in shock
