I had a good experience and good service, however, I was very concerned about the lack of masks at Toyota today. There were signs on the floor to remind customers about social distancing. I appreciate that, however, the lack of masks and the lack of signs stating that these are required, is concerning. When I arrived, no employees in the service department, were wearing them. I observed two female employees were wearing them. I didn’t go to the front area of Toyota, so I don’t know if any employees were wearing them. Thank you for listening. I hope that as we continue to fight this virus in our country, that Toyota will take a serious stand with this issue.

I worked for a Toyota organization for 21 years. Your organization does not exemplify what Toyota is all about. Your team did not follow its procedures for conducting the service on my vehicle. The service record was not completed as the service was conducted or we would not have gotten the failed results that we received. Please go back and reinstruct your employees of how to perform their tasks within the Toyota principles.

Was told my truck needs a new battery and alternator. They called and told me it would cost $443.I told them that was pretty high. Especially sense the battery was a Toyota battery and was only 1 year old .The truck was already there so I told them to go ahead and fix it. They called me when it was done and told me it would be $750.When I questioned the price they said they would adjust it. When I got there they still charged me $613. I’m a disabled Marine Corps vet. There are laws for against doing this to senior veterans.Fix this or I’m filing a complaint.Jack Salts
