For someone traveling out of town, needing my car fixed in a hurry, and not knowing anyone there. I was greeted with kindness, respect, and sympathy for my situation. And even though I called multiple times asking question after question, I was still given the same respect each time. Thank you John Jumps, and your team for the hard work to find the parts I needed, and fixing my car in a timely fashion. Thanks for the great service.

John was great he got my satisfaction he explained things to me and took time looking up my fuel pump recall which he greatly smiled and said this one don't have it and my vechile was clean John is awesome and I would come back for service on my sienna le very friendly staff at Toyota and he made sure I had a ride home and back again and the shuttle driver jerry was awesome friendly and outgoing Toyota is awesome will tell my friends how friendly prompt and gives great service thanks John for everything Kevin M

John got me in at the last minute for a check up before we had to leave for our trip to Texas. My wife was driving this vehicle and she was so relieved there was no concerns. If we weren't moving out of state and had more time, I would trade for a Toyota product.

Had a screw in my brand new tire. He explained my options. Choose to have it patched. He allowed me to see the screw in the tire before repairing. Service was fasr, fair and courtesy. That is the standard of customer service that is the standard at Danville Toyota.5

As far as the service, I’m very satisfied. I would like to suggest you put some kind of awning over the outside benches so people can wait comfortably outside. It’s very hot sitting in the sun and with the virus I noticed a lot of people staying outside. If not an awning a few benches in the shade in the breezeway in the front where there is shade.
