I feel like the work is rushed so mistakes get glossed over. I’ve had one small mistake happen every time I’ve gotten service. I’ve never complained because I really avoid confrontation at all cost. It’s starting to be a pattern though. Everyone is very polite and nice to me.

Date 6-2-26 Time of appointment 2:30 pm, Called to schedule my 35,000 mile service check recommended by Toyota, I did not receive any video of an inspection of my vehicle as I have every other time… Also how do I know if everything was properly looked at and done if there is no video proving they even looked at it? The hybrid warning light is still on. Is that due to the O2 sensor in the catalytic converter not being there? The hybrid warning light only came on after the 12 volt battery was replaced much earlier. We didn’t discover this until we had driven away.

Excellent appointment. Not sure who Lauren is — maybe the person I spoke with on the phone when I made the appointment? Anyway I keep coming to Danville because everyone at the service department is very nice, normal, no high-pressure tactics to upsell me, etc.

Lauren was awesome!! She takes the quality up a level in my opinion from this experience. Totally took an unpleasant day with car trouble and put in the extra effort to get my vehicle serviced and on my way. She was also helpful with answering questions regarding my vehicle service in the past. Truly appreciated her professionalism!!
