Service department did a good job. I only wish it would have been warmer because I like it when you give a free car wash. Today, though, the doors would have froze.

I noticed tonight 1-28-21 at roughly 6:45 pm that my vehicle was leaking motor oil on my garage floor. I’ll be making a call first thing Saturday morning 1-29-21 for a future complementary oil change. Mistakes like this cannot happen especially during such a simple task!

I did not appreciate them telling me that after 30,000 miles that they need to change the fuel filter and a few other things and it would be $400.00 dollars.I thought maybe $50.00 or so but $400.00 dollars!****!!!!!

I was overcharged for parts and work was performed on my vehicle without my authorization, which I had to pay for. Toyota has lived up to the typical "dealership" stereotype of overcharging and attempted up selling. I am displeased with the surprise of an additional $100 charge for work that should have been included with the the quote. I may not use Toyota in the future.

No invoice for service when picked up car AND 30.00 over quote. Everyone was in a meeting???? What if i wanted to buy a 20,000 car, would you have all stayed in your meeting. Very disappointed
