When we bought our vehicle we also purchased the oil change an with that there WAS supposed to be a wash I was told it must be above 40 degrees we have a heated garage an told them that an was still denied do not advertise what you don’t deliver on

Only thing to make this15,000 service check perfect would have been an offer of a quick vehicle wash/vacuum, making the drive from St Joe to Danville more worthwhile. Without that, after the ToyotaCare deal, it will be easier to pay for a local oil change that doesn’t offer a free wash, but does include a vacuum. Small things matter a lot to this Mom!

Follow COVID 19 protocol and have your customer service representative wear face mask. I find it disrespectful that the dealership does not follow the rules to keep their customers safe.
