I don't need contacted. Jose was very nice and understanding. However, I'm not thrilled to have brought my vehicle in a number of times for the same issue and hundreds of dollars later I'm supposed to trust the issue will be resolved rather than costing me more money in the future. Even after my asking a number of times about the issue truly being corrected im the first place, it continued to be an issue. In addition, not a single employee walking around was wearing a mask nor patrons located inside. Normally I'd have just stood outside but considering the weather advisory and not knowing anywhere else to turn, I was stuck in a building where I was very uncomfortable. Jose did finally put one on when coming out to talk to me one on one. Much appreciated. But the 8 others that passed me (four of those employees), no mask. Everyone has the right to wear or not wear on their own time. In a place of business, there is a mandate for a reason. My business, for now, will need to go elsewhere to help me find comfort during this pandemic and when my trust in maintenance at this point is broken due to the hundreds of dollars already spent and still the same issue with a 2016 that only has a little over 40,000 miles on it. I want to trust in the Toyota brand, coming from a Chevy family.

Was told when I made the appointment for the service on the rav4 it was due for a oil change , when I picked it up I was charged $93.00 very unhappy with the service . Will not be bring either one of my car back to toyota, considering trading them for a different manufacturer
